Foods are divided into 4 groups:
Meat, Poultry & Seafood - chicken, sheep, pigs, cattle, eggs, fish.
Fast Food - fish and chips, sandwich, pizza, hamburger, fried chicken, french fried, onion ring, hot dog.
Fruits - apples, bananas, grapes, water melon, oranges, and strawberries.
Vegetables - beans, cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, corn, carrots.
Beverages or drinks are liquid consumption.
- Wine, Coffee, Lemonade, Iced tea, Hot chocolate, Juice, Milkshake, Tea, Milk, Beer, Soda, Smoothie, Orange juice, Lemonade, Fruit juice, Cocoa.
Vocabulary for Food and Beverage :
➢ Ambrosial - something extremely pleasing to taste or smell.
➢ Bitter - having a strong and often unpleasant flavor.
➢Chewy – something requiring to use your teeth.
➢ Crunchy - having a hard texture and making a loud sound.
➢ Delicious – very pleasant to taste.
➢ Juicy - containing a lot of juice.
➢Peppery - containing pepper or having the qualities of pepper.
➢Savoury - having a pleasant taste or smell.
➢ Sour - having an acid taste that is like the taste of a lemon.
➢ Spicy - flavored with or containing strong spices.
➢ Sugary - tasting or looking like sugar.
➢Syrupy - having the appearance or quality of syrup.
➢Unflavoured - without flavor or additives.
➢Zesty - having a strong, pleasant, and somewhat spicy flavor.
